Clinical Director
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I have over 8 years experience as a therapist. I work with children (8+), teens, youth and adults and I specialize in helping clients who struggle with anxiety disorders (worries, fears, and panic), stress management, substance abuse, emotional regulation, immigration related issues and interpersonal communication. My main therapeutic approaches are CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness which are tailored to the specific needs of each client. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and able to see refugee claimants and Registered First Nations people.

Over the last four years, she has predominantly focused her career as a therapist offering services to adults and adolescents seeking support with anxiety, depression, domestic violence, bullying and harassment, grief and bereavement, occupational stress and trauma, and sexual assault. Sherri also has experience providing couples/relationships therapy and trauma therapy. Sherri is also registered with NIHB.

She works with teens older than 14, youth and adults.

Johanna specializes in working with children and families that are impacted by trauma, chronic stress, emotional dysregulation, mental health issues, substance use, divorce/separation, caregiver conflict, and family discord. Johanna is fluent in English and Spanish.

Claudia is completing her practicum under clinical supervision. She brings a thoughtful, compassionate, and client-centred approach to therapy. Claudia draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), emotion-focused strategies, mindfulness-based approaches, and strengths-based interventions. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, identity exploration, and life transitions. Claudia is fluent in English and Spanish and can accommodate low fee scale.
