Yes. Palmero Counselling offers a free 15-minute consultation by phone or video to help you determine if our services are the right fit for your needs. This is available to new clients on request.
Yes. A sliding scale (reduced) fee is available upon request for clients who need financial assistance. Affordable pay-what-you-can sessions are also available with our intern therapist.
Yes. Palmero Counselling bills directly to most insurance companies. If your plan doesn't accept direct billing, we provide official receipts for every session that you can submit to your extended health benefits provider. Contact us to confirm your coverage.

Yes. Virtual therapy sessions are available by phone or video conference for clients across Ontario. In-person sessions are available at the Stoney Creek office at 800 Queenston Rd, Unit 210B.
Couples therapy at Palmero Counselling costs $200 CAD per one-hour session. The practice is located in Stoney Creek, minutes from Hamilton, and virtual sessions are also available.
